Chest Size: Measure around your chest, just below your breasts, note this size, inches may be best. If your measurement is an even number i.e. 30, add four to it giving a measurement of 34 inches. If it is an odd number plus five giving 29 a total of 34 inches

Second

Cup Size: This measures the difference between your chest and the fullest part of your breasts, so measure around the fullest part of your breasts.

Now knowing the total measurement of your chest underneath your breasts, for every additional inch measured around the fullest part of your breasts, count the inches in A, B, C, anything under an inch will be a cup size AA, if you are an inch above 34 = A cup, 2 Inches about 34 = B Cup 3 inches above 34 = C cup and so fourth.

 

Your bra is too big if,

The back rides up and if there is a gap between your breasts and the fabric of the bra itself.

Your bra is too small if,

Your breasts are overflowing at the top, sides or bottom, if the fabric cuts into your skin and if you can see your bra line because the skin bulges out either side of your bra straps.

Check that the centre seam lies flat against your breastbone.

The cups should completely contain your bust

These fabrics are very sensitive to heat, washing is preferred by hand in cold water, washing shrinkage is between 4-7%.   When washing rayon or viscose hosiery use mild soap, this material can crease easily and use a cool iron.

 

Lycra, Polyester, Polyamides And Elastane Hosiery Qualities, theses materials are stable and consistent in quality, they are easy to care for and can add strength to blends.   They are very sensitive to heat and will melt, do not apply high heat, these fabrics will not crease easily so not ironing.   If machine-washing then use a medium temperature setting.

Do not bleach unless you are washing all white and all cotton blends.

Hand wash if possible. Use mild soap
