We offer a money back guarantee which only incures postage costs should the whole order be returned.
Part orders returned which incure postage charges over £10 are subject to to a percentage charge.
i.e. 70% of order value returned with a £20 postage charge will incure a cost of £14 from the refund. We are happy to help with to exchange goods to save you on this cost.
Returning Items:
Please pop the new code number/s on your invoice/receipt and return to us by a recorded service,
If you return an item/items with no instruction on the receipt, we will automatically put in a place a credit note to that value instore and email you your own unique offer code to use your credit at your leisure - to be used within a twelve month period,
Once credit notes are in place these cannot be refunded.
1. If you wish to return your item/items for a refund, please ensure they arrive back to us within our 10 working day returns policy period. All goods sent back after this time will be a assigned a credit note for you to use. Please be aware postage costs will be deducted from refunds when whole orders are returned.
2. Any items cancelled will incur no charge if the goods have yet to be dispatched. In the event that they have been dispatched, the customer must return the items as new complete with tags within 10 working days and will be responsible for costs of the carriage.
3. All items must be returned in their original packaging, be tagged, as new condition and received by us on a "signed for service", within the 10 day returns time allocated.
4. Should any item arrive damaged (which is extremely rare) this will be replaced at no cost whatsoever to the customer. Damaged items must be reported straight away by email or telephone within 24 hours of delivery. We will either send a replacement item for you, or refund the transaction if these are no longer in stock.
Please note all items pass through 3 quality control checks by our individual experienced staff so these are very rare.
